Since 2015 the Web Portal is a tool that interfaces a customer and the authorised workshop network with Rolfo Service.

Depending on the type of user, a user can place orders of spare parts and/or send warranty claims. It is also possible to download maintenance instructions, user manuals and spare parts catalogues.

The portal is connected in real time with Assistance and Spare Parts departments, which interact directly with the user.

Credentials to access the Portal can be requested directly from assist@rolfo.com or spareparts@rolfo.com.
